If you like GREAT music, follow this guy. You’ll love everything he recommends.
Killers-“On Top”
This just came up on shuffle in my iTunes. I forgot how much I love this song, and the whole “Hot Fuss” album.

This is my new favorite band.
This song is so good it hurts.
The National- “Afraid of Everyone”
How have I not been listening to this band for years? Aaron and Bryce Dessner write most of the music and lyrics, they produce some amazing music, and they organize the MusicNOW fest in Cincinnati where I saw Justin Vernon back in April. (ps-notice who’s singing backup?? Sufjan Stevens)

Justin Nozuka -“How Low”
I love his voice. When I bought his first album I played it over, and over again, and I’m doing the same thing with the new one. This song is from his second album “You I Wind Land and Sea”. Listen to “Woman, Put Your Weapon Down” (I wanted to upload that, but the file was too large). Go buy this cd.
Deftones-“No Ordinary Love”
Such a great cover.
30 Songs: Day 14 – A Song That No One Would Expect You To Love
Tupac-“Hit ‘em up”
I listen to rap music, it’s not that shocking. Not only do I love this song, I know all the words.

Let me introduce you to my good friend Ryan Adams (not to be confused with the Canadian troubadour Bryan Adams).
